Colophon: Designed, engineered, letterpress printed, assembled and hand-bound.

"to Kal Levitan - with love - 8/31/86" (Provenance: From the collection of Rabbi Kalman Levitan with his miniature book plate affixed to last page).

Seven double-page spreads with pop-ups, fold-downs, lift-ups and moveable parts. Red ribbon markers. Bound in red leather with a red leather enclosed folded title label on front, and a wraparound strip with gilt button closure. Laid in a black felt-lined wooden box, with a slide-off wood lid painted with a scene of London in 1660. Painted paper title label on side of box. Inscribed in ink to Kal Levitan with love 8/318/86.
