Edition limited to fifty copies numbered from 1 to 45 and from I to V and signed by the author and the artist. This copy has Warren Siebrits's ex libris pasted into the front endpaper.

There are six printed sides to the three sheets with a short essay and nine illustrations which are numbered 184-192. The essay has been extracted from Print Quarterly, XXVI, 2009, 3 which explains the numbering.
