Colophon: "Zerkal Butten paper was used for the contents pages and the endpages. All of the contents pages were blind embossed. All the etchings were hand-printed off copper plates and printed with Charbonelle etching ink onto 100% cotton Fabriano paper. The text and some of the other images were printed using a transfer solvent printing technique. The text was compiled by Lyndi Sales."

Accordion fold with boards. Illustrations using pop-ups and thread on blind-embossed papers. Contained in a cloth bag with an etching stitched onto the front.
