Additional notes:
Colophon: This book was printed in early fall 2004. The paper is a mixture of Fabriano Uno, Guttenberg, Hahnemuhle Ingres, and Canson Mi Tientes. All were pigmented and gelatin sized over the course of two warm summer weekends with the help of Caren Heft and Jeff Morin. The cover stock is Fabriano Ingres (as found). Cheltenham is the predominant typeface used, and the lino cuts are by the printer. "The Seven Deadly Sins reached te height of acceptance in the Middle Ages, but they fell out of favor during the 18th centuy Age of Enlightenment. Today, most people find it difficult to name even a few of the Sins, let alone all seven."

Linocuts by Brian Borchardt. Printed with woodtype letters in silver and gold. Illustrations include linocuts and collages, one with gold and silver sewn stitches. All papers were pigments and gelatin sized with the help of Caren Heft and Jeff Morin. Cover wrappers are of Fabriano Ingres.
