Colophon: "Zerkal Butten paper was used for the contents pages and the end pages. All the etchings were hand-printed off copper plates and printed with Charbonelle etching ink onto 100% cotton Fabriano paper. Canson paper was used for the coloured contents pages and watery paint and text were applied in layers. The text and some of the other images were printed using a transfer solvent printing technique and later hand coloured with Windsor and Newton watercolour paints. The text was compiled by Lyndi Sales."

Exposed spine with cotton ties with blue coral decoration; covers with gold foil-paper and blind-embossed boards. Inset triangular copper plate with title and author inset into front board which is decorated with gold leaf and blind embossing. Wrapped in a beige linen cloth with Egyptian artefact stitched on and tied with gold ribbon.
