Bird Brain Press; the word "Press" is deleted and "Scriptorium" substituted on the title page; the year "2002' is deleted and "2005" substituted on the title page.

The book and a separate Colophon Book are housed in a drop-back box. The Colophon Book contains a plastic see-through envelope containing offcuts and thread from the making of the book. It is bound with stab binding and has decorated end papers.

The book itself is bound using tags cut from clothing. It is most complex and the Colophon Book has several pages describing it in detail.
