Three loose pages with the title, colophon, and text preceed four pages of text and three illustrations (protected by three pages of vellum-paper) which are stitched at the right between wooden boards. The bound portion is protected between black boards. Two mirrors are mounted onto a wooden block with a groove between the two into which fits the wooden boards. The whole is contained in a black buckram bound box with similar lid.
