Additional notes:
Colophon: This draft was written in 1989. A few small changes were made on 15 January 2007, prior to printing out and binding two copies of the book. One copy is for Jack Ginsberg and the other is temporarily for my library. Binding is an old German Sewing revised and made popular by Pamela Spitzmueller, langstitch und kettenstitch. Any further detail on the binding can not be stated here, as I am sure I will improvise as I sew each book.
