Book 219 uses the staircases of Book 218, sub-titled "The Other", which is a book about twins.

The figures were eliminated and the walls were altered with landscapes coming into the room.

Including a postcard depicting a variant of this book with MS: "Jack - this is the only copy of Book 219 with the particular Binding. I improvised it for this Book. The Binding is not described in any of my Textbooks - and I have not used it since. Keith."
