The text was cast by Michael and Winifred Bixler in Monotype Bembo, and printed on Twinrocker handmade paper. The images were printed on a special making of Zerkall 7625. Bound by Craig Jensen and Gary McLerran. Woodwork by Dick Sorenson. The wood used in printing and binding came from Farm 590. Special thanks to Clayton Schanilec and Tracy Smith.

Bound in quarter pigskin over five raised bands with Oak boards. Together with a tray containing 25 specimens of the woods used in the printing process; all contained in a drop back box.

Together with the prospectus which comprises a single block of White Oak (Quercus alba) [030] in a small black drop-back box (90 x 58 x 40cm).
