Colophon: This book was sesigned and set in Bauer Bodoni by Barbara Hodgson. David Clifford at Black Stone Press in Vancouver printed it on Rives BFK. Gifu, Hahnemuhle Ingres, Somerset and a variety of handmade papers were also used. Caludia Cohen bound each copy in her Seattle studio. The cut-paper art comes from many sources. Pieces not labelled in the text are unidentified or were done by the authors. The edition is 30 numbered and six A.P. copies, each signed by the two authors.
