The binding, executed by Macy Chadwick, is based on the storage book format by Hedi Kyle. The interior cards were screen printed on Strathmore ultimate Wove paper at the university of Missouri - St. Louis by Jennifer McKnight and Heather Corley. The pocket pages were letterpress printed with pressure prints and polymer plates on Eames paper, and additional layers on the interior cards were letterpress printed with polymer plates by Macy Chadwick at In Cahoots Press in Oakland, California.nn
