The title means: Below the normal zero of the water-level. Anett Frontzek has chosen seven seizes of grey dots to indicate the water-level of a part of the Baltic Sea. She also indicated wrecks using red dots. The book contains the artist's map of the Baltic Sea, "Mecklenburger Bucht", eastern part, solely expressed in these dots printed on transparent paper. The map has been divided into 14 sub-maps on subsequent right pages. Size of the book: 30.3 x 25 cm. Numbered 16/25 and signed by the artist.

The black coloured pages have been double folded including a white sheet of paper to make the perforations visible. When turning over a page, the movement of the page will temporarily change the appearance.
