Additional notes:
This is copy #5 of the edition completed in the Autumn of 2013 in St Louis, Missouri, by Ketn Botnick of Emdash Studio. This project is the second collaboration between Botnick and Bank using this unique form of printing. The book is meant to be stored and displayed lying flat, not standing on end in bookshelf. This copy is for Jack Ginsberg to join his collection of other books with edge treatments. [This has been added in manuscript to the first page of the book].

The cover of the book is a metal plate with the colophon stampted onto its surface. The poem starting on the bottom edge of the book continues onto the foreedge and then onto the top edge of the book and results from the palimsest from the progressive printing around the edges of the pages.
