Additional notes:
Michael Kuch created the etchings and paste-paper images, printed the copperplates and designed the book with oversight from Liv Rockefeller and Ken Sure. Dale Guild Type Foundry cast the 18 point Parson, Will Ransom's only metal typeface. Russell Maret created the fleuron and title lettering based upon a Ransom design. The ancillary text is Eric Gill's Joanna. The letterpress was undertaken on a Vandercook Universal IV by Art Larson at Horton Tank Graphics in Hadley, Massachusetts. The white and various hued papers were made by hand for the project by Katie MacGregor of Whiting, Maine. The books were bound by Sarah Creighton at her studio in Easthampton, Massachusetts.

Blue drop-back box also housing two booklets; the first with 22 cards with ms. Text and the second titled "The Little River Field Notes".
