Colophon: Endiana was written in 1989 as my Book Number 155. Each revised draft was hand bound in a single copy. No more than three copie of Book 155 were made. On 15 January 2007, I returned to this book. A few changes were made prior to printing and binding two copies. One was for Jack Ginsberg of Johannesburg and the other for my library. The cover image is a photo-digital drawing made in July 2014. the frontispiece is from a 1965 photo-etching. Both pictures by Keith Smith.
