The other copy of this title I have examined incorporates an envelope from Jack Ginsberg to Walter Hamady stamped with two cancellation stamps: 28 XI 1991 and 1991 11 28. There is also a stamp in red dated 02 1992. Is it possible that the letter took three months to arrive? [These envelopes are unique and are the main difference between each book. For instance in this book (#22) the envelopes are from H. S. Bartkowiak (Hamburg) and Sterling Type Foundry (Indianapolis). There are other small difference from book to book. The "manuscript" on gray paper, however, is exactly reproduced in all books.] The book numbering occurs in several places in the book

This copy has a dedication and commentary inside the front endpaper in Hamady's handwriting and another inside the final endpaper.

Bound using a collaged map.
