Additional notes:
The collagraph plates in this book were made by John Ross, who was helped by Lindsay Barrett in printing the edition. The text was set in Linotype Cairo by Kent LeFebvre of Signs Plus in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and printed by Ross on a Vandercook 219 proof press in the High Tide print workshop in East Hampton, New York. Collagraphs were printed on a Brand etching press on Arches Cover paper. The binding was completed by James DiMarcantonio of the Hope Bindery in Providence, Rhode Island.

Reference note:
Collagraph prints depict abstract symbols that respond to diverse creation myths from around the world; Abel’s texts are founded upon Ecopsychology, an interdisciplinary field that explores the relationship between human psychology and the natural environment, emphasising the emotional and psychological connection between humans and nature.
