Printed by Daniel Keleher at Wild Carrot Letterpress in Hadley, Massachusetts on a Velin BFK Rives paper. The book was hand-set in Monotype Bodoni by Dan Carr and Julia Ferrari at Golgonooza Letter Foundry. Bruce Porter of Trestle Editions in New York City Printed the Lithographs on BFK Rives paper. This project was coordinated by Jack Shear.
