Visions. Voices. Veneration is one of four artist's books produced for a group project by members of the Johannesburg Chapter of the Artist's Book Club. The project was an exploration of the themes of landscape, memory, stitching and commemoration with the Melville Koppies Nature Reserve as subject. Graphite rubbings taken from the copper plaque installed at Melville Koppies served as the departure point for this particular bookwork.
