Ring-bound in three sections forming two letters per page and thus the tex on 19 pages:

Reference note:
728 false combinations of letters are possible. Method is necessary to arrange the fragmented letters in their proper order. When the page strips have been turned randomly i.e. making patterns rather than letters, it is easy to re-establish the proper sequence - a0 line up the three parts of the colophon and b) turn back two pages and turn any remaining ones under, then TH should be the only visible letters.
