Additional notes:
This book was published by Passenger Pigeon Press using the technologies of photocopy, laser cutting, and hand-set type with foil stamping. Everything was hand assembled. The papers used include cardboard, 90 lb. white cardstock, 20 lb. white textweight, 60 lb. Astrobright Cosmic Orange and Fuscia, and pink thermochromic paper.

The book has two small books (Arizona and Nevada) in pockets at the beginning. It has nine sections, each with a folded wrap-around containing the chapters, increasing in size from the front to the back. All contained in a card box with illustrated and collaged cover.
