Africa would be very pleased to have a Birthday Message from Picasso, so I enclose this desire in a few languages in Africa, including Zulu -

I enclose a very recent photograph of myself.

27/11/1970. Picasso's answer: Unfortunately, he said that he was too busy with his work to send a birthday message to Africa. I am sorry.
