See the Battiss screenprints - Items 1690 and 0879, the latter of which is signed by the artist and inscribed "To George and Ina yours sincerely Walter B". It is a unique impression of the first state. Two more proof copies in the second state are known to exist and there is no record of this work moving beyond the proofing stage and being editioned.

This copy was probably bought by Battiss during his trip to the Seychelles and was found in the Estate Archive.
