Colophon: The images and text for this book were created by the artist. Each cover is unique and handmade by the artist in archival wax. The images and paper were produced by Steve Orlando from cotton and abaca pulp at the Dieu Donné Paper Mill in New York City. Peter Kruty and Sayre Gaydos letterpress printed the artist's hand-written text. Susan Gosin assisted in the design and production. This edition of 30 copies and 10 proofs were bound by Barbara Mauriello.
