Regarding Michael Blake's Five Pieces project, he asked me to email you to clarify the description found in the colophon. The 11 prints referred to in the colophon include all the contents of the container. This means that the colophon itself, description text, title page, the 7 scores and one photograph make up the 11 prints. Therefore, you have indeed received an additional photograph.
