Additional notes: As part of the Artists' Books course taught during Wintersession 2014 at Rhode island School of Design by tia Blassingame, students interviewed thirteen book artists and curators of library special collections, galleries and book arts centers to gain n understanding of the contemporary approaches to art utilizing the book form and the diversity of the book arts field. While two initial questions were provided by the instructor, students determined additional questions according to their interests and research.
After reading and briefly discussing the interview transcripts, the class worked collaboratively to determine the book design and assemble the edition. Digitally printed and bound during the month of February 2014 on Hiromi Kinwashi paper.
