Bitter Love was digitally printed by the artist and bound in linen by Peter Carstens, Johannesburg, 2003. Each edition is presented in a mauve ("black") linen slip(case) and custom made by Carstens. The seven linoleum cuts are hand printed on each page.

The book is printed on the following papers: Title page & Colophon: Fabriano Roma 145gsm. Body: Ingres Fabriano 160gsm.

Each linoleum cut is stamped and signed by the artist.

There are limited editions of ten of each linoleum cut, with one artist's proof.
