The typeface is Mrs. Eaves from Emigré. The binding, with no paring of leather, is the Pamphlet Binding with Boards, as described on page 125 in Bookbinding for Book Artists.

In a note from the artist enclosed: "Jack. Please keep both copies of Book 148 [sic, s.b. 184] (No charge for this with text.) The two will show how my books very in an edition. The former was Morocan this one is Kangaroo quarter leather with leather hinges. Keith"
