"Heißenbüttel’s text consists of quotations, images and metaphors on the theme of love, freely combined from every level of literature – from classical to popular fiction. His mixture of language is juxtaposed with quotations from Japanese love songs, photographed from a karaoke screen. These songs combine not only different linguistic registers, but also different languages."

Reference note:
20 pages on mitsumata-gasen paper and 18 pages on mitsumata-hakuai peper. Text and images are printed with inkjet. All images are photographs taken from a karaoke screen. Thin hakuai papers stitched to the concertina folded gasen paper. Mitsumata pasteboard cover with Japanese title in inkjet print. Cover and pages are fixed with carbon rods. Mitsumata covered box containing the German title. 35 x 18 cm.
