Colophon at the end of Volume 1: "This limited-edition hardcover volume contains each issue of the bimonthly per iodical Ker-bloom! During its first 3.5 years. All printing in and on this volume was done off hand-set lead type by an individual known only as artnoose. Christopher Wilde, one Brooklyn-based bookbinder, came up with the idea for this book & did the binding."
