Brooklyn Museum of Art catalog: "Juxtaposes collage pop-up constructions (on the left page) with photographs (on the right page) of what the pop-ups might look like as photographs. The constructions are connected to the corresponding photographs by a string which runs throughout the book. If the string is pulled, the construction becomes three-dimensional."
