Additional notes: Colophon on the bottom of the box: Enten / Eller is a book that can be read three ways by reordering its pages according to the code printed on each page's left margin. The codes "A" and "B" are texts representing fictitious characters, named A and B, found in the book, Enten-Eller (1843) by the Danish author, Soren Kierkegaard. These selected passages can be found in English in The Essential Kierkegaard (Howard V. Hong and Edna H. Hong, eds.) published by Princeton University Press in 2000. "CD" is composed of choices considered by Cynthia Lollis and Daniela Deeg. The photographs were taken by the artists during a December 2007 visit to Copenhagen, Denmark. The paper is Glama Natural and the typeface is DIN Light and Bold. Enten / Eller was screenprinted and bound at the Frans Masereel Centrum, Belgium in 2009.
Bound with two rivits onto an illustrated plastic wrapper. Housed in a card box with the title on the lid.
