See also the trade edition (2011) of Gone (GB30105), 228mm: "who like many poets has continued to work on the poems so this text is somewhat different from the volume you previously received. This edition was made on the Espresso Book Machine at the Boxcar & Caboose Bookstore on Railroad Street in St Johnsbury, Vermont. This was only the second of these American made machines to be installed - there are fifty of them around the world now. We are lucky to have it here in the neighborhood" (from Janus Press News Letter for January 2012 - inserted into the trade edition).

The cover art of the trade edition is by Claire Van Vliet.
