100 Skies was first issued in 1986 as a bound volume, No. 13, of the publications of the Barkenhoff Foundtion, Worpswede, Germany, with one hundred watercolors by Geoffrey Hendricks, a text by henry Marti, and its German translation by Klaus Ebbeke.

This second version of 100 Skies, signed and numbered in an edition of 360 sets of 103 loose cards in a linen wrapper, contains new watercolors by Geoffrey Hendricks and a revised text by Henry Martin. The reproductions of the watercolors, produced by Michael Berger, Harlekin Art, Wiesbaden, were printed by Zeller Druckerei, Amorbach, Germany, in 1991. Wrappers by Tessuti Bonotto, Molvena, Italy. The text has been printed by Tipografia Venturini, Bolzano, Italy, in May 1993.
