Bound by Claudia Cohen in full blue leather with gold decoration and the title on the cover. Contained in a gray flip-top box with the title on black leather on the spine.

The Suminagashi shown here were marbled in a 2 3/4 x 3 1/2-inch tray, so each sample shows a complete pattern.

Barbara Hodgson marbled the papers and designed and composed the book in Adobe Garamond. Rollin Milroy of Heavenly Monkey printed it on whatman paper.
