A miniature book with a faux silver cover with a raised portrait of King George and Queen Mary on a plastic container with hinged lid with clasp. In a dark green velvet pouch with string ties.

Containing a folded leparello showing seven portraits of the king and queen.

The pouch appears to have a Johannesburg telephone number although it is uncertain that the pouch was originally made for the book.
