Additional notes:
According to the colophon copies 1-80: 'Bound in quarter-bound in vellum and Whittington marbled sides.' But it seems to be 'quarter bound in buckram with pochoir dides to a design by Miriam Macgregor' which is copy 1-244. Somewhat confusing but it seems each variant edition was numbered separately.
