"Took four years to complete. This is just one of the truly great artists books that was done in the past, I would say, 20 years".
In the 1970s, I once saw Broaddus in Greenwich Village quite by accident.
We bought many books from Tony Zwicker who was the expert in European Books, located in New York.
I visited Marvin Sackner in Miami where his extensive collection of books relating to typography was located.
I visited Jan van der Wateren in London where he was the librarian at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
I met Johanna Drucker (and her partner, Brad Freeman) in New York but don't remember when and where!
